Enterprise Email

There it is, that recurring thought: "Wouldn't it be nice if I had better email?"
Sure, Jolokia's basic Web Hosting service has a nice email package included with it, but what if you want, need, must have something more? How about a really nice Webmail interface? Does easy syncing with your phone sound good? Wouldn't seamlessly sharing contacts and calendars hit the spot right about now? What about Microsoft Outlook and all its whizbang? Yeah, you're desperate for it, we know.

We'll make all your email dreams come true.

But for your sake, we hope you don't have too many dreams about email. Our Enterprise Email system has all the features you want:

    • IMAP and POP3
    • email.pngWebmail 2.0 Ajax Interface — You can seriously just ditch your mail client software all together. Is that a champagne cork popping? Trust us. We've done this. It's even more liberating than you imagine.
    • Advanced Mailing Lists — Subscribe, unsubscribe, bada-bada-bing-bang. Much better than creating a bcc list or using your mail client to manage a list.
    • Advanced Mail Filtering Rules — Sort things into folders before they hit your inbox, so you can focus on one priority at a time. The "advanced" part means you can filter on all sorts of stuff, and go all sorts of crazy beyond what the average mail system offers.
    • Microsoft Outlook Connector — Use all the fancy parts of Outlook (calendar, contacts, group calendaring, etc.) but without all tlhe crashes and crap.

Your service can also include Groupware add-ons:

    • Contacts — If you don't already sync your mobile phone, or still use the umbilical, you're about to experience one of the few joys of crappy mobile phone services. (If you're in love with your iPhone and don't think mobile phone service is crappy, you'll still love this.)
    • Calendars — Same thing with your calendar as with your contacts. You'll love it so much you'll probably want to elope to Vegas with it.
    • Mobile Sync — Contacts and calendaring are relatively useless until they hop onto your phone without some sort of fantasmic pagan ritual involving cables, voodoo, your phone, and some crazy powder that we'll stop talking about now.
    • Group Contacts and Calendars — Yeah... the same as we just described... but for GROUPS!
    • Shared Folders — Create a folder within your email account that lets you share email, documents, whatever with other folks on the server. This is basically a centralized spot for storing your offal (aka. cowplop, meadow muffin, flapdoodle).

So you could go get these things from some large company on the mega-cheap with enough storage to park your RV in. But try getting in touch with them a few times when you have an issue... and then give us a call to help you migrate. Also, convince us that they haven't permanently stored, read, categorized, indexed, and dissected your email to determine the brand of toilet paper you buy. We, on the other hand, don't care whether you even use toilet paper. (As long as we keep this relationship remote.)
